PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via all major debit & credit cards through our safe and secure online payment processor PayPal. You can still pay by card online without having a PayPal account.
The price of the Goods and any additional delivery and other charges is set out on the website at the date of the order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

DELIVERY
All goods that appear on the website are subject to availability.
Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. We accept no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances that are outside of our control.

RETURNS
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, however if it doesn't quite work in your space we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Return any piece within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a full refund on the purchase price. You must return your artwork in the original packaging or packaging fit for purpose at your own cost. Artwork that is damaged on return will incur fees.
There are no returns on special orders made to customer specification.

CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing your order. However bespoke items cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

BESPOKE ITEMS
In the case of any goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.
Items will be at the discretion of AAMOW, who will be under no obligation to accept any design for whatever reason.
Once an order has been agreed to, any alterations may be made at the request of the client but will incur further costs.
The terms and conditions within this contract are subject to your statutory rights.
